Adam has spent the last 12 years perfecting the art of programming, both in product companies and as an independent consultant. Early on in his he noticed how little effort was put into ensuring the teams worked well toghether. Through his mentor he learned a framework called Value Based Leadership, which he has used for the last 7 years, ensuring success in projects such as:

- Norways biggest EdTech platform with over 500k users.

- An internal information sharing service for one of Norways most important governmental agencies.

- A situational overview and tactical chat platform for law enforcement agencies.

He has also used the framework as cofounder of the startup Zen Math that has taught math to thousands of students in record time.
